When is the store open? I visited today 2/21 at 5pm and it was closed. When will you be open tomorrow?
I was in a hurry to discover this store, but what a mistake I was expecting a lot more choice, products with a much longer expiry date. See some products where the date is completely out of date. And I don't dare approach the financial part because there are no words to describe the prices applied in this store. On the other hand, the saleswoman was very kind and very professional.
I placed a big order on their site and my god what a mistake I made...
Products expired since 2022, others expired in June and July 2023, other products expired two days after receiving my package and finally when we are lucky enough to have products that have not yet expired, they last for two months of validity when I wanted to give some for Christmas.
I am really disappointed by this site, a lack of seriousness and professionalism, it is lamentable.
I placed an order for more than €118 and when I saw no response to the numerous phone calls made as well as to the message sent via the site form, I got nervous.
In short, a great scam, advice RUN AWAY!!!!
